The Retreat is set within walking distance of the beach and sea.The iodine, salt, and magnesium present in sea air can reduce the symptoms of asthma, promote respiratory health, improve allergies and skin problems, while stimulating the immune system. I will hold special meditation sessions to compliment the healing processes of the retreat's environment. Mountain walks will also be an option and daily "Sun Cleansing" will be part of our routine.
The exposure to natural sunlight can balance out your sleep system and melatonin levels.
A person can spend their life learning but not listening. The lack of meaningful connection to oneself, one's intuition, can leave one lost and unsure about their present and future self. Your own intuition knows the answers! Spend the week reconnecting to your inner self. We will spend time in nature, bathing in the sunlight, breathing in the sea air, seeing and feeling the forest's wisdom.
We will spend time in nature, near the sea, mountains and forest. There will be Guided Meditation, breathing techniques and other therapies along with social and private time.
Contact with nature, "Forest Bathing" is one of our retreat activities which has a positive influence on the activity of the autonomic nervous system. Our Guided practices will help to reduce sympathetic nervous activities and increase parasympathetic nervous activities, which are connected with the body’s restorative and regenerative potential. As a result of these effects, it slows our heart and breathing rates, lowers blood pressure and promotes digestion. As our body enters a state of relaxation, heart rate and blood pressure decrease and this relaxation creates recovery.
